Gotta Catch ‘Em All? Try these exercises before you go out Pokémon hunting!
Jul 14Sore legs have become a pandemic for Pokémon Go users as their activity levels are spiking. Players are running around like never before trying to catch their Pikachus and are paying the price.
I ran for a good minute or two yesterday for Pokemon Go and my lower legs are sore. I could blame my shoes or accept how unfit I am.

Exercise Program
Lateral Lunge
Begin in a standing upright position with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms resting at your side.
Step to the side with one leg, lowering your body into a lunge position, then carefully return to the starting position.
Make sure not to let your knees collapse inward during the exercise.
Half Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch
Begin in a half kneeling position with one knee bent in front of your body.
Tighten your abdominals, tilt your pelvis backward, and gently push your hips forward. You should feel a stretch in the front of your hip.
Make sure to keep your hips facing forward and back straight during the exercise.
Calf Stretch
Begin in a standing upright position in front of a wall.
Place your hands on the wall and extend one leg straight backward, bending your front leg, until you feel a stretch in the calf of your back leg and hold.
Make sure to keep your heels on the ground and back knee straight during the stretch.
